THE CASA DE AMISTAD is a fully furnished, recently remodeled, luxury beach house. It features relaxing outdoor spaces, comfortable indoor living area, and a full kitchen w/ dinner table set for 6. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with additional sleeping accommodations available in the living room.
The Casa de Amistad is completely wheelchair accessible.
With multiple amenities available to the house and the Serenity Point property, the Casa de Amistad is perfect for your taste of Costa Rican paradise.

THE CASA DE PAZ is a two-story, fully furnished and recently remodeled luxury beach house. It features relaxing outdoor spaces, comfortable indoor living areas, and a full kitchen w/ dinner table set for 6. Gorgeous ocean views can be seen from the balconies in both floors. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with additional sleeping accommodations available in the living room.

The Casa de Paz is partially wheelchair accessible, as there is an upstairs level. However, the first floor remains fully wheelchair accessible with access to the kitchen, living area, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
With multiple amenities available to the house and the Serenity Point property, the Casa de Paz is perfect for your taste of Costa Rican paradise.

Serenity Point is surrounded by tropical greenery and even hosts a private herb garden.
The property is close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauties of Costa Rica. Bikes are provided for a quick ride into town or nearby areas. Taxi's are readily available for a cheap ride ($2 US) anywhere you need to go.

Located in the northern area of Jaco Beach, Serenity Point is less then an hour and a half to or from the San Jose International (SJO) airport.
Fun activities nearby are easy to get to, given the great location of Jaco. There are several national parks to visit which are less than an hour away; zip lining, kayaking, mangrove monkey tour, ATV mountain tour, horseback riding into the sunset, crocodile river tour (be sure to keep your hands in!) and so much more!!!!
